Two favourite bands of Cromer's Folk on the Pier festival will be playing a charity concert in aid of 'Cromer Cares' during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee weekend.
The concert will be held in the 'Jubilee Marquee' at North Lodge Park in Cromer and features the Bounty Hounds from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, with their full on English folk-rock sound and Rattlebox from Corpusty, Norfolk, with their more rollicking shanty style approach.
'Cromer 'Cares' was originally created during the Covid pandemic but also engages in more general charitable activities including supporting residents in Cromer, and the surrounding villages who are suffering due to ill health, disability, social care need, economic hardship, and other crises.
The concert has been organised by Scott Butler, the producer of the annual 'Folk on the Pier' festival
