The choir, conducted by David Ballard, celebrates 90 years of bringing the joy of choral singing to north Norfolk. This concert explores the changes in choral music since 1933. Alongside important works by Benjamin Britten and John Tavener we revisit two past Choral Society commissions, hear works written by our very first and present musical directors and a new commission for this occasion written by local composer Andrew Weeks.
