The annual service plan covers sweeping the chimney and issuing a Certificate, checking the stove rope and replacing if necessary, checking the condition of the woodburner / multi fuel stove, smoke testing the appliance and checking the operation of the Carbon Monoxide alarm. Most woodburners require an annual service to maintain their warranty, by offering such a plan they are helping customers maintain the warranty on their stoves. It also ensures that their chimney is being swept by a qualified chimney sweep’
